NV Big Red

Hot off the bottling line, and already tasting great! In an effort to make the best blend possible, we used multiple vintages resulting in a Nonvintage this year. Our velvety blend of 62% 2020 Merlot, 22% 2021 Zin, 8% 2022 Syrah, and 8% 2022 Cab. Sauv. The Big Red entices your nose with aromas of blackberry, vanilla, and leather. Flavors of strawberry jam, chocolate-covered cherry, and cinnamon dance on your palate before finishing with lingering soft tannins. Enjoy with pasta, steak, or a warm fire.
