Planted by an Italian stone mason in the late 18o0s, this Zinfandel is one of the oldest vineyards in the Northwest. Bottled just two weeks ago this Zin is already tasting good and will knock your socks off after it moves out of bottle shock! This Zin displays complexity of flavors that only come with age. It fills your nose with scents of raspberry jam, plum, cedar, and hints of bell pepper. This zin brings to your palate fruit-forward flavors of blackberry, red currant, tobacco, and has a silky finish. Lay this down for a few months to really enjoy its complexities. Excellent with Italian food, steak, barbecue, and a good book. Only 280 cases made.
